When you are charged

There is no free trial. Signup asks for a card and the first payment is taken when you complete checkout, which is also when your plan starts. The price and the billing period are shown before you confirm.

Billing

Paid plans bill in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each period until cancelled. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless the law where you live requires it.

Refunds

• Within [14] days of your first payment: contact us for a full refund of that payment, no explanation needed.
• Service failure: if Mobytape was substantially unavailable for an extended period during a paid month, contact us and we will refund or credit that period.
• Accidental renewal: if you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel and have not meaningfully used the service since, contact us within [14] days and we will refund it.

We do not refund on the basis of trading losses or because a market moved against you. Mobytape sells information and alerting, not outcomes.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right, such as the EU or UK, that right applies in addition to this policy and is not limited by it.
