You can lose money

Prediction markets are speculative. Positions can and do settle worthless. You should never commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely.

Mobytape does not predict outcomes

Mobytape reports what has already happened in public market data: trades that occurred, prices that moved, and differences between venues. It does not forecast results, and no figure it shows is a probability that an event will actually occur, only the price at which a market is trading.

A large trade is not a signal of knowledge

When Mobytape reports that a large position was opened, that means someone committed money. It does not mean they are informed, correct, or that copying them is sensible. Large traders lose money too, and a single trade may be a hedge, an error, or part of a strategy that is invisible from the outside.

Cross-venue differences are not arbitrage

Where Mobytape shows the same question priced differently on Polymarket and Kalshi, that difference is not a free profit. The venues differ in fees, settlement rules, contract wording, liquidity, and how long your capital is locked up. Market pairings are produced by an automatic text-matching heuristic and may be wrong; always read both questions yourself.

Data can be wrong, late or missing

Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Alerts depend on external delivery channels and are not guaranteed to arrive, or to arrive in time. Do not treat Mobytape as your only source for a time-sensitive decision.

Scores and rankings are heuristics

The Catalyst Radar score and similar rankings are internal heuristics combining price movement, volume, liquidity and observed flow. They are descriptive summaries, not probabilities, not ratings, and not recommendations.

Eligibility and legality

Prediction market access is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions, and rules change. You are responsible for your own compliance. Mobytape is for users aged 18 or over.
