1. What Mobytape is

Mobytape is an information service. It reads publicly available data from prediction market venues, currently Polymarket and Kalshi, and presents it as dashboards, market comparisons and user-configured alerts.

Mobytape does not accept deposits, hold funds, execute trades, or place orders on any venue. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or money transmitter. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket or Kalshi.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mobytape. You are responsible for confirming that using prediction markets is lawful where you are physically located. Some venues restrict or prohibit access from certain jurisdictions, and those restrictions can change. Do not use Mobytape to circumvent any venue's geographic restrictions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, including any API keys you create. API keys act on your behalf; treat them like passwords. You can revoke a key at any time from Settings, and resetting your password revokes all of them.

You may not share an account, resell access, or use automated access beyond the documented API in a way that degrades the service for others.

4. Accuracy and availability

Market data is sourced from third parties and is provided as is. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Cross-venue market pairings are produced by an automatic text-matching heuristic with a stated confidence score; a pairing may be incorrect, and a price difference between venues is not evidence of a mispricing or an arbitrage opportunity.

Alerts depend on third-party delivery channels such as email and Telegram. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or fail entirely. Do not rely on Mobytape as your only source of time-sensitive information.

We do not guarantee uptime and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

5. No financial advice

Nothing Mobytape produces is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a forecast. Observations about large trades, price moves and cross-venue differences describe public market activity only. A large trade means someone committed money; it does not mean they know an outcome. 6. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobytape is provided without warranties of any kind, and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. 9. Termination

You may stop using Mobytape at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we are legally required to restrict.
